Sorry for the flurry of questions! I have alot! 
Im trying to figure out how to set up the shipping- UK and EU charges are fine, but the problem we have is that we have UK based sales agents and in our current Jshop system we are able to set up a totally different account type for these agents, and assign a unique shipping charge along with that.
However in BP the only way I can see to do a different account type is to manually assign each registration with the agent discount code, but it still leaves us with the problem of giving them their unique shipping cost- how can we do this? Is it even possible?
