I have not taken payment for all of the outstanding balance for an order, as I did not want to charge the customer all of the postage. There is now an outstanding balance on the order, and it won't show as order completed.
Before I do a refund on the order for the outstanding amount so that it is cleared, I just want to be sure that it won't automatically refund the customer for the value via PayPal before I press the button.
Anyone know how it works, or whether there is a better way of completing the order?

I've just answered my own question by changing the status to Completed... Doh!
