Do any OBA users experience timeout issues with the OBA website? I can very happily use it until about 4pm when I start to get timeout issues then am completely unable to log in again until after 5pm.
For this reason I aim to have my order created by 4pm at the latest. Today, for the first time, it timed out at 3.45 and I'm still struggling to get back in again.
Customer services say the issue must be my end, which seems bizarre considering I can get on to every other website in the world, including royalmail.com, but the OBA system (written in SAP, the worst DB in the world) is the only thing I can't connect to.
Anyone?
