Whatsapp Chat on Website

Hi is anybody using the Whatsapp chat link on their website and how are they getting along with it. It seems something easy and simple? Is anybody using it? Thanks in advance. Kim

We don't use whatsapp, but we do use facebook messenger and it was easy to do

Thanks Stoked, we tried messenger but unfortunately you couldn't change the standard wording which was not appropriate to us so we couldn't use it.

Not used Whatsapp so can't comment, but Tawk is built specifically for webchat and so has lots of really useful features. Easy to install on BP site, app for your phone and web page for handling chats.

Yes I used Tawk for a few years but something changed, cant remember what now about the notifications not coming through which made it an issue. I just wanted a simple, straight forward chat option really, rather than live chat and WhatsApp seemed good when I used it myself on other business websites.
