If I've understood it correctly Zapier (https://zapier.com/) is a middle man that hooks up with a service, like BP and then links with other services from there.
It basically means that we wouldn't need to wait for BP, or an external developer to set up and maintain individual APIs. The main up front work would be getting the API between Zapier and BP working and they then do the rest to connect up to existing companies that are part of the scheme, like Xero, mailchimp, quickbooks, adwords etc. Here's a list of who's already signed up https://zapier.com/zapbook/apps/
I don't know if I'm the only one but it doesn't seem like there's much happening with on the BP API front and I'm chopping at the bit to get hooked up with apps.
Does anyone use them already? There is a "request an app" link on the their app page but I think it needs a lot of requests to make it happen. Is anyone by any chance already working on an integration?
There's a world of app integration out there and I want to be using it!
