    Trying to enable API Access

    Hi

    I am new to BluePark.

We are trying to get our eIntegrator (for QuickBooks) to work with BluePark. The online doc has
From the Admin Console Menu Bar:
    • Navigate to the Users menu and select the Admin Manager
    • Click on the green Plus button or select an existing admin user to enter the Admin Editor
    • Arriving on the Properties tab, check the box to Enable API Access

But we do not see a Properties tab. Tried both the green plus which brought up the Admin Editor and clicking on our Admin user which brought up the same Admin Editor but with our username and email filled in.
There are 2 tabs Account Details and Access Log.

Where can I find the Properties tab or Enable API Access? Is there some versions of BluePark that do not support it????
Or could it already be set. I do see a API key, URL and a Remove API Access?

    Please help.

I think it is just in the account details section, 12th item down should be a tick box to enable API access and once ticked you get username, key etc.

It sounds like you have already done this so you should be on your way

Thanks, yes it was setup. We can now download orders and we are starting to play with updating, etc.
