Problem with customer requesting delivery address change in Ebay

Hi, We have an Ebay order which has been processed through to Bluepark, but the customer has then sent an Ebay message requesting delivery to an alternative address. I have updated the delivery address in Ebay, but this has not followed through to Ebay - Is there a way I can amend delivery addresses in the Bluepark system for Ebay orders?

It isn't a great problem as I can print off an address label with an alternative address, but the invoice will be incorrect.
