Stylish Web designer needed who can Optimise aswell

Hi,

I am looking for a webdesigner for my site Trenchstyle.co.uk
I built this myself bar some minor css work but it needs a professional touch.
The one thing that concerns me is that a lot of example sites / portfolios do very badly on page speed insights.
My site is green in google with optimisation showing in mid 80s.and I do not want this compromised.
Does anyone know of any designers who optimise aswell as make aesthetically great looking?

Forget spending the money on a posh design - your site needs content, especially the product pages - spend the money on that instead.

I have made some mods myself to the design as a couple of the designers didn't reply to emails.
