Drop shipping

Hi guys,

We have a product that we use a drop shipper to send out the details to them and they then deliver etc.

We have been given two email address's so that if one of the people is out of the office there will be someone to pick the email up.

We have had mail failure notification on this.

Is this because you can only use one email address for a drop shipper???

One for Rich this as we don't use drop shipping. Looking at the tooltip text it says

"The drop shipper's e-mail address, to which order notifications will be sent"

So looking at this it sort of indicates you can only specify one e-mail address. Out of interest how did you separate the two email addresses? Did you use a comma?

well it was set up by mitsy and he used a comma. but I would have thought you would use a semi colon ; like you would in outlook etc.

niether address's got the email, I have had to email them out today.

In other areas of Bluepark where you can have multiple e-mail addresses you have to use a comma so I would have thought the same would apply to drop shipper.

However, as mentioned the tooltip text says e-mail address so on that basis I would say no you can't do it!

yeah thought that may be the case, although the failure notice said that one email could not follow on, so would have thought it would go to one of them and not the other.?!?
