Surcharge to Shipping Code

Is there away of adding a surcharge to a shipping code for example

UK - ship code B
R.O.W - ship code A

Large box in the Uk we know we can ship for x amount - ship code B
If we're sending the same product outside the UK 'ship code A' can we apply a surcharge on top of the normal worldwide shipping - without applying the surcharge to UK shipping.

I don't believe so Tony. The way we handle this is to have two shipping codes/methods, and call one something like "ROW - large items" which includes the surcharge. It doesn't force people to use this option, but it does get some people enquiring if they should use it before they place the order, and at least it shows them that there may be a surcharge.
