    Webmail problems???

For the last two days I've been having trouble with my webmail.
I can get logged into it and as long as I only want to read e-mails on the first page it's fine, but if I try deleting anything or access either another page or a different folder I just get a message at the top saying "checking for new messages" and it freezes.
On the side bar the folders heading is half obscuring the trash folder at the bottom and not at the top of the list as it should be.
    Thanks
    Mike

We did indeed upgrade the RoundCube client from RC1 to RC2 the other day, which coincides with your problems, but I can't replicate these issues myself. I've tested on my account this evening using both Internet Explorer 7 and Firefox 2.0.0.8 (current versions) and I can't see any problems.

I'd be interested to hear which browser and version you're using. Please try using a different browser and see if the problems persist. Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Of course, as this is 3rd party software, there is little we can do to provide support. For my part, the upgrade fixed quite a few outstanding bugs and didn't create any new ones (that I'm aware of ... yet!).

Suspect it could be a local PC problem.
Just tried accessing it with the Firefox install that is on my portable drive and it is the same.
Can't do too much with it as it's not my PC.
Will have a root around the settings but does seem to have coincided with the Roundcube update.

Glad to hear it! I used RoundCube this morning with a full mailbox (of spam!) and had no problems.
