Pending order - 1 item out of stock

When just 1 item in an order needs to be cancelled and the remainder of the order shipped the order status remains as Pending. Changing to completed fires off an email and changes status to show the whole order as completed.

How do you remove the 1 item in the order to be cancelled and change the order to completed?

Dear Paul,

Simply mark the 'cancelled' item as refunded, that way the order manager will mark the order as completed.

Alternatively you could access the order via Remote Control and delete the line from the original order.
