Ive had a couple of customers call to make edits to their orders. The way I can see that you would do this is to go in via remote control- but when editing the contents of the basket, the price of the other items reverts to the current in store price- whereas the price that was paid for the products last week was less as we had a special offer on. I cant see how to manually edit the prices anywhere and so just cant see how to make the edits to where the new order details are correct! Help!

Hi Laura,
Its not possible to change product prices when you are editing an order via the remote control icon. All you can do is either adjust the order total by using a discount coupon (if applicable) or alter the product prices via the product manager, changing your order and then change the product prices back again.
I think the ability to override product prices when in remote control has been requested previously and maybe on the list for possible future inclusion.Regards,

Hmm thats a pain...
Would love to see a proper MOTO ordering system in BP to make taking phone orders and edits more structured- although this is probably on Richs ever growing list of things to do I guess!Fill Your Pants Reusable Nappies
