Shipping Method on Customer Email Confirmation

We really need to have the shipping method & cost displayed on the 'Order Completed' customer automated emails - it displays the products ok but not the shipping method.

As we include collect in store, local delivery and all sorts of other complications - it keeps causing confusion by customers not knowing how their goods are being sent.

Can we plase have this update as it would help reduce unnecessary emails and telephone calls just to put the customers mind at rest, and look at bit more professional too.

Anyone else have these problems?

Is this not included in the 'new order confirmation' email? this is what is in our emails:

Delivery Method: Accompanied DeliveryDelivery Charge: £XX.00

We have written into the 'order completed' emails about the delivery options and explain what each of them mean and 'what happens next' explanations.

Ours is included in the order completed email sent from Linnworks, with tracking numbers and courier link.

It is in the 'New Order Confirmation', but not in the 'Order Completed' email for some reason, which is where we have a problem.

Okay, this information has been added to the Order Updated/Completed emails. If there is a shipping method, then this is listed below the items along with the shipping address.

The shipping cost hasn't been added, as this might confuse the customer where orders are despatched in multiple shipments.
