User group Question

Hi,

How would I go about/ is it possible to get the prices on the products to show up excluding VAT only to a certain user group?

If this is not possible is there a way to display the total at checkout exc VAT?

I don't use user groups but am pretty sure this is not possible.

With a bit of tinkering you can display prices on the category / product pages both including and excluding vat and excluding vat in the checkout. This will be for all users.

You would need to have your prices setup in the product manager exclusive of vat. In site--->configuration--->E-commerce options ensure selling and list prices are set to Net (exc. VAT) and this will then show the prices in the basket and checkout exclusive of vat.

You can then change the custom html in your default template for the product and category pages to show prices both inclusive and exclusive of vat.

Total Exc VAT - £10.00

on this basket page
