Who has used discount...

Hi All

We have a 20% 'friends' discount set up in the discount manager which has been there for some while. It is applied to certain users only. We seem to have had a couple of users who have been given this discount that shouldn't have - we think.

Is there anywhere we can see who has been given this discount (rather than who is entitled to it?)

As far as I am aware it is not possible to tell. You can't see this in the discount manager or by exporting users so I think the answer is no.

Hopefully someone will come along and prove me wrong!

You can export all the orders and see which coupons were used on which orders (import into excel then sort by coupon code column to make it easier).

It would be a lot handier if you could click on the coupon code and see which order(s) it was used against.

I can see the column for vouchers but this was set up as a discount.
