Login failure?

Last night at 5pm we started the process of going live and transfering the site to our Domain name, however it hasn't happened yet, i understand its can be a lengthy process but right now i cant login with any of my admin details to my admin console link, i assume its because its being moved???

The transfer from betapark to your live domain will take just minutes from the time/date you specified in the admin control panel for the transfer to take place. What can take time is for the DNS to propagate across all the ISP's. When did you change your DNS to point at BP? Can you see the admin page but just not login?

Can we have the URL for the site so we can see if we can see it?

As I said previously have you setup the transfer in the admin control panel? Did you change your DNS? What is your live domain name?

our domain name is www.infernojewellery.co.uk so would the admin console be www.infernojewellery.co.uk/admin?

Looking at the domain name servers (DNS) they are NOT pointing at Blueparks Servers. They are currently set to

dns1.as12513.net
dns1.eclipse.net.uk
dns2.as12513.net

You need to change these to the Bluepark Domain Name Servers ie ns1.bluepark.co.uk and ns2.bluepark.co.uk

Forgive me for being egregiously slow but where would i make these changes? See i'm picking up where someone left off, they aren't in today

It looks like your domain name was registered through these people http://www.eclipse.net.uk ? You should have a control panel login there which will enable you to make these changes.

I see that now, had to request them to do it though eclipse don't let you change it yourself without alerting them.

Great stuff, it can take up to 24/48 hours to propagate across all the internet service providers so the site may not be visible to all straight away.
