integrating parcels to go API with BP? any one using this?

Hi,
Has anyone used Parcel2Go.com with the BP system?
Looking at integrating this system for our postage.

Bluepark doesn't currently allow you to use API to connect to 3rd party software and does not integrate with any carriers but the delivery manager is very comphrensive.

We were let down very badly by parcels2go on a couple of occasions when we tried to use their service a while ago. They inform you that a courier will pick your parcel up, usually the next day. We then spent the day waiting for them to arrive. Parcels2go tell you you can't raise a non collection issue until after 5.30 when the couriers aren't available and you go around the houses to organise a new collection for the following day. I know their prices are cheap but this was unacceptable service.
We found World Parcel Service (WPS) a lot better.

same experience as Mike's. Prices are low and so is reliability. Even if Amazon recommends them. The Parcel2go performance is not the standard you expect from Amazon and its business partners. Best is to avoid Parcels2Go, especially if you don't want to disappoint your customers.

I only use P2GO for my large consignments as during the snowy weather we were totally let down by them, auto e-mails telling us the goods were on the tracker to be picked up etc....we turned back to DHL....No comparison

Same for us - only use for larger shipments and some overseas. With WPS they give you a couple of quotes and we generally select DHL as they have been the most reliable for us.

Have you tried APC? Only do a next day service which is essential for our products - but they are very good.

I agree Parcel2go is hit and miss, we only also use them for large items, however we have since got better rates by going direct to DPD interlink. Especially if your sending to the HIGHLANDS....+ they send you a £5 voucher money off for your first two orders which is not bad.
