column problems

My website has 3 columns (centre, left and right). How can I turn off the right column on certain pages? For example, I want the right column appears on my homepage, contact us page and T&Cs page, but i dont want it on my product and category pages. Anyone, please help

Have a look in the layout manager. For each layout you can specify what columns you want to display and you can also create new layouts by copying an existing one. Then you can assign the required layout to static pages via the page manager and categories and products via the category manager.

You can also do the same with templates.

Bluepark is very good and once you get your head around layouts, blocks and templates you will know what I mean.
