Unsubscription emails and coupons codes

Two things:

1) Is there a way to set a different email to the default to have unsubscription emails sent too? We have a large database that we have to add in manually to the email manager and so because they are not registered accounts, when we get unsubscriptions we have to manually remove them from our database list. It would be useful to have these go to a seperate email account to go through at a later date so that mine is not getting clogged up.

2) In the discount manager, I know we can see how many times a coupon code has been used, but is there any way of seeing on what orders they were used? That would be massively useful.

To answer number 1. - I don't think so but can you not import the database of people to email as "users" of the website (you can assign them all a type of group if you need to keep certain lists all together)? I think I'm right in thinking that you don't need full address details to create a user, just their email address. Then when they unsubscribed, it would all be handled automatically.

Number 2 - I agree that this would also be useful. However, you can export order data and then use Excel or something to sort the data by coupon code and then you can see which ones were used for which order.

I have thought about creating them manually as users, but we have about 6,000 email addresses that are outside of the system so that would take forever and a day to try to import that way...

Im just starting using Quickbooks actually, when I export the order info would that show the codes used on there do you know?
