Product reviews

Why can I not see the product reviews that our customer has left? for some reason they are not showing up?
Our site is reasonably new and still not finished! Any comments would be gratefully received

Have you enabled the review itself and also put the review block on the layout? If you have a link to the specific product we could take a look.

OK, in site-->configuration-->e-commerce options have you got "Product Review Moderation" ticked? If so the product reviews will not show automatically and you have to approve them individually. If this is the case go into Orders-->Product Reviews and against each review there will be a yellow star under the set column? Click on this and it will then go live with a little green flag.

mmm there is no mention of Product Review in Config>Ecommerce Options? We have the Retail Park Option - does this make a difference? I'm sure I read that the Product Review was not available for this package but if this is the case, why does it give our customers the option to review? Thanks for your help so far!

According to BP website for Retail Park moderated product reviews and ratings is not available. I took this to mean you can't change any reviews / ratings but product reviews were still possible. Have you got Product Reviews appearing under the order tab?

No there is no 'Product Reviews' option under the Orders tab

Looks like perhaps they are not available on Retail Park. Don't know what it gives you the option of collecting reviews though which is quite strange. Suggest you send BP an e-mail just to clarify as I am by no means an expert!
