Help Please, I'm having Image Resize Issues.........

Hi
I am sure there is an obvious fix to this but after entering data into the “Resize image” field box under the “Large/zoom image” upload box now whenever I select the “Populate resize field” at the top it only populates this one box leaving all the others blank (ie It does not resize into Main Image, Thumbnail Image and Basket Image)

I have tried:
Logging off and back on
Shutting down and restarting PC
Deleting the image and uploading a new one
Deleting the product and starting again

Does this make sense? Does anyone have any idea how I can get back to how it was before? (ie upload image, select populate resize fields and it fills them all in?)

Tick the Populate Resize box then enter all the sizes again into Main image, Thumbnail etc and save. The system should remember these in the future.
