Help! Urgent, if anyone's on here

Hello

My site just went live www.myitchydog.co.uk, so I went in to upload the callback failure and success files to Secure Trading, after saving the code in Notepad and I'm getting 'invalid file extension' so no one can shop!

Anyone out there know how to fix this?

Am working on paypal now but can't upload the two files I need up to secure trading. Did I do it right?

Saved the file as a notepad file and tried to upload that but it's saying wrong file extension so I guess not!

Did you delete the files from ST first? It is a nightmare to set up but works brilliantly once it does. Download all the files then delete the files that are there on the ST server, amend the files you need to amend and upload the completely new set including your amended files and any files you hadn't changed.

Make sure you keep a back up of their original files too - I download them to two different locations, amend one set and keep the other set intact just in case.

When you saved it as a notepad file what extension did it have (.txt for example) and what extension is required by ST?

No I didn't delete them.

Right I have these three to choose from and only need to delete two, which do I keep?

callback-f.txt
callback.txt
success.html

Am assuming the third one I keep.

OK, have uploaded the files but waiting for them to take effect. Can't shop yet.

There was an error processing your transaction

Field $merchant is required

When shopping using secure trading.

Any ideas?

I am sorry but it is a couple of years since I did this and I just can't remember, ST have support on til 11pm - email them they are brilliant and will help, or email Rich and see if he is about. Sorry!

If I cant' configure ST who do I remove it as a payment option until Tuesday so pp is the only ooption?
