adding file for Bing verification

I'm trying to upload an xml file for bing verification in webmasters tools and I'm just wondering how I can do this ?

Save the file to your hard drive. Go to Site > File Manager in your BP site (make sure that you are on User Directory) and click Choose File. Select the xml file and then click Upload File.
