    Form Manager problems

Hi guys, I wonder if anyone can help. We've recently started selling personalised T-Shirts as part of our range. The idea is that the customer can submit pictures and text that they require to be printed onto their T-Shirt. I have created the relevant fields via Form Manager to enable customers to do this, but the problem that I'm having is that when I tested it myself to make sure it was all working, as soon as I hit the 'Submit photo' button the page directs me to my shopping basket (even though I haven't yet clicked the 'Add to basket' button). By doing this it is bypassing the rest of the options available to the customer, such as the size, t-shirt colour, font type/colour ect.

Does this make sense, if so is there something that I'm doing wrong?

I'm not sure, but it sounds like you've just added a form to some of your product pages - which won't work, as the form isn't associated with any products.

You need to collect the information during the Checkout process, and this is facilitated by the use of Additions. Please read the following post, a reply to a client wanting to collect a Purchase Order Number during Checkout:

Just wondering if anyone else would find a section in the order process for customers to add PO numbers useful? We have a number of clients who require their PO numbers to appear on the invoice and currently can only add this in the 'comments' box, which does not then show up on their printed/emailed invoice. Cheers Adrian
