Did someone change the order export in the last couple of days? Our labels no longer import into the couriers software and looking at the (exported from bluepark) import file it seems that all of the fields have swapped around, and some are missing (like the postcode and parts of the address!)
Order export changed?

When you log into your Admin Console, a green message banner will display on the Home page when there are new updates. You can also click on the Latest Updates link in the footer of the Admin Console.
The changes can be viewed here:
Stay informed of the latest developments regarding Bluepark's software and services, including the very latest features, improvements and bug fixes.
The most notable changes are the "Date" field being renamed to "Order date" (as there are now numerous date types) and a number of extra columns.
We always recommend using the column heading as the reference when integrating an export into an external system. The order in which the columns appear, or the number of columns, can vary not only when we add new columns but also as you turn features on or off within the Admin Console.
Our Enterprise package can support automated order exports, and also enables you to specify which columns you want exported - and in which order. These will now be update-proof in future.
I appreciate that order export changes can be disruptive, we've been saving up these changes for over a year for this very reason.Developer :: BlueparkComment

The home page? bah, I never log in there. I always login in on the orders page.
ho hum. I'll amend my script to remap the columns. Can't do it by column header as the script doesn't work like that, so I just have to hope you don't mess about with the export too often...Comment

My latest site is outputting the address wrong. On closer inspection the other sites have a "reference" column, while the latest does not. So that's shoving the delivery address over one to the left.
How do I get the reference column added to the latest site...?___________

Nope, just tried this and both have that option set to 'enabled, optional' - but when I export from the 2nd one the 'reference' column is not included in the export file, so when I import into the courier program all the fields are in the wrong place...___________

Go to Configuration: Order tab and scroll down to the bottom. You most likely need to edit the "Export header row" fields. These are populated the first time you perform a manual order export, in order to protect your exports against future changes by us (or involuntarily turning on options which alter your export).
You can either add the missing column name into the comma-delimited list, or clear the field entirely to use the default header row.Developer :: BlueparkComment
