    Finding out a customer's password

This could be a long one, so please bear with me ...

I've got an existing customer who I have agreed can have a trade price. She already has a retail account with us, so I have assigned her to our trade user group so she can get the discount, but I need to process her order through the checkout myself as she was a telephone order.

Do I need to login as her - in which case I'll need her password. I remember seeing customer's passwords somewhere before, but can't now seem to find them, despite viewing this customer's account through the user manager.

Or, is there a better way of doing this ?

Sorry if it's all a bit confusing !!

In the User Manager if you click the MOTO icon (small telephone on the right) you log into the users account & can process orders that way.

Also, if you go to User Manager and bring up the User, hover over the password field and you'll see the password.
