Windows 7 and new Chrome scrollbars

Anyone else having problems with the recent update of Google Chrome messing up the vertical scrollbars? It's got rid of the scroll arrows on the vertical scrollbar, which isn't too much of a problem, but I can't scroll down within the drop down boxes (e.g. to choose a category in the product manager). Does anyone know a way around this or will I need to use a different browser for now? I've tried the rescroller app in Chrome but it only affects the main scrollbars.

    Thanks for any help!

Just realised I can use the arrow keys to move down the drop down lists, so not so much of a problem! Still annoying though.

I'm not a big fan of the Chrome scrollbar change either, but I should add that my drop-down select boxes do have the scrollbar on the right-hand side where the list is long, it is working - on the PC, at least. Is this a Mac issue?

This appears to be a Chrome issue

It's on a PC - the scrollbar looks like it's there, but when I try to move it down with the mouse, it just selects the category next to where I put the cursor, I can't move the bar for some reason!

            same here

just realised it's the same to select images - what a pain

However I have discovered that scroll wheel works - it's just a very slow and cumbersome way (as is up down arrows) Also when scrolling down using wheel I get a timed out error and have to wait or kill

            Not good.

I stopped using Chrome because of all the time out errors on my slow rural broadband connection

It's working fine for me in Chrome on Win 7. Do you have any add ins that could be causing the problem?

Something else that is annoying is that in product images in the last box named "product label" I cannot now hover my mouse over my bottom label, it just will not highlight it, but if I click the second to last it puts in the bottom one, it does mean it can still be selected like this or with the curser but this might be a bit confusing for new people and I guess it could also be happening in other areas of BP.

That's odd I can still use scroll when I go to Your Files-User-Product-Thumbnails - bar is still there and working fine.

So it's just not working when I go into this file via product edit or blog edit

I'm now having similar issues! I can't highlight the last entry in the Product Labels drop down in Product Images. However, if I take the mouse down to it (even although it doesn't highlight), it is selectable.

This is getting increasingly annoying, as well as all the other issues above, the scroll bar cannot be moved at all nor does clicking in the scroll bar space underneath to scrolll down respond (this is when looking at an email to customer in the email log). the only way to scroll is with cursor, which is all very well if using a device with a cursor. Is there something that can be done from the BP end as quite a few small things now seem to be broken because of this. BP what browser would you recommend to avoid these issues? Thanks.

I'd like to stress that this is in no way a Bluepark issue. With regard to not being able to highlight the last option in a select box, I've had this in Chrome on numerous other sites.

The scrollbar in Bluepark is unmodified. It is a standard browser scrollbar, we haven't touched it at all.

Chrome have ruined their browser with this last update. As many others are doing, I'm considering using Firefox as my browser of choice.

The Chrome forums are littered with complaints:
