Downloads and hard copies in one listing?

Hello, I am trying out blue park as I am fed up with shopify not being able to provide me with basic requirements that I need. I sell cross stitch charts and have a split amount of customers who like to have them posted and the other who prefer them in PDF format.

is there anyway I can get both options available in one listing? Or do I have to have two listing of the the same product, one for shipped the other digital?
I have the automatic sending of the PDFs as I have customers emailing me asking me where is there chart if I send them manually. ( I don't think they realise that I sleep)

any would be great fully appreciated as I am completely baffled and I know I will be asking many questions in the future.

Only way I can see this working is for two listings for the product - one physical, one download and then create then together as a bundle which you use as the product on the website.

Not tried it tho so might not work.

Or maybe as a variant, physical product/download product?

I think KayJay is right. You should be able to create a variant and tick the 'intangible' box on the variant.

Sorry - ignore my answer. I thought you meant you want to send a physical and a download to the same person as one product.

I have had three websites hosts before and none could do it
