Downgrading from Business to Retail park?

What happens if I do this please and how do I go about it?

I am literally getting 2-3 sales a month from this site now Google started doing whatever they are doing last year, I am now selling on eBay and FB so while I still need this site for SPO's, it is not working for me as it has done in the past. I am certainly not about to start paying Google for appearing either, eBay is working so I am happy with things as they stand but I do need to set up another sister site for my sportswear and so want 2 x retail parks instead. I assume I can export everything out, set up a copycat site and change the headers and name information and export what I need back in. I am happy with the way the park works but I am just a tony fish in a massive sea of what I sell, it is just the way it is.

At the moment I have 800 products on here - 80% of those are now hidden and on eBay and I need to delete them from the park. Am I right in thinking I should do this before I downgrade my package.

All you need to do is reduce your products to 500 or below, also check your storage usage (web space). Send us an email request and we can change your package.

I have been working to remove all the information I no longer need and also on finding a name for another site so I will contact you in due course, thank you for your time.
