Website slow and right now it is just hanging

Actually, this forum was also very slow to post this message. I can get on other sites OK but my site and BP seems slow.

We're investigating a cabling issue at the data centre which is degrading performance, I will update back here when the issue is resolved.

One of our hosts was not behaving as expected, we've moved the two affected servers to a new host and they are responding normally.

Would this have been causing the VERY slow order processing - we are having to process each line as it keeps crashing

This was an isolated incident, under 20 minutes. There are no other issues, everything is normal.

If taking payments is timing out, it's more likely to be the payment provider at fault. Our servers are 100% healthy right now.
