Discount Help

I need help trying to set this discount out. What I want to do is this;

I have a product worth 11.50, I would like to set the website up so when the customer buys 4 of this product, it automatically changes the price to £44 in total. This discount would need to apply to a quantity of 4+..

So to summarise.

1-3 = £11.50 Each.
4+ £11 Each.
