Help Scout - DKIM and SPF needed?

We have been using Help Scout for a few years now but we used to have our website on Magento, I vaguely remember having to setup these two DKIM and SPF records to stop emails being marked as spam?

Is this still required on Bluepark or was that just another one of those 'Magento' things? If it is required where is the setting for it?

Sorry if this is a pointless post, I did search the forums but couldn't find anything on this...

In Helpscout go to Settings > Connection Settings and you can enter the information there.
