Despatch Manager - Ebay/Website

We have just started using Despatch Manager/Net Despatch and we seem to be having a problem with creating labels for our Website orders. The eBay orders seem to be absolutely fine. When we despatch the eBay orders the type of postage comes up and the weight to fill in and a label is created. When we try to despatch the website orders we do not have the option to put the post options and the weight in. Has anybody got any ideas where we are going wrong.

By post options do you mean format or type of postage? I asked several times on the forum about format and never got an answer, so we use a csv export then import into RMDMO instead without using Netdespatch.
