Failed orders

I am having many failed orders.

I am using PayPal as payment provider.

PayPal issue or Bluepark issue - what is your take on it?

how many orders do you get a day on average?

I don't know your order numbers but 13 non-completed orders in over a month would not be something to get too worried about. None of them have attempted a payment so I would not put this down to a technical issue.

I have 131 non-completed orders for the month, some will come back, some won't, its just one of those things I guess

10 orders per day.

I automatically asked the reasons for not completing, and received few feedbacks from customers that they thought they completed the checkout...but did not received confirmation email.
