Different product min. amounts by user group.

The standard retail site allows us to assign a minimum order amount by item: Group 1 customers have to by 5 of the to be allowed to checkout.

However I'd like to introduce Group 2, who have to buy 10 of the same product in order to checkout.

Is this possible? The user group options give the choice of a minimum total order amount, but this doesn't cover individual products.

You might try playing around with pricing codes and discounts so that you only get the expected price if you buy the minimum quantity
