    Any Quickbooks integration feedback?

Looking to change to Quickbooks for MTD and wondered if anyone has feedback regarding the BP integration? this would be my only reason to upgrade to the Enterprise package.

Does it work well and easy to maintain?

I like the idea of the order info being sent, this should save time and eliminate errors, or is it easier to sync bank account and PayPal (we use pro)?

    Any thoughts would be appreciated

    Thanks

    Hello swg

We use Quickbooks Online integrated with Bluepark and it works fine apart from annoying rounding errors when dealing with VAT.

Tends to happen with prices like £24.99 inc VAT where there is no sensible net value...

We have just learned to live with it!

Yes - we use it. As Hadi said, the VAT-rounding thing is very annoying and means that there are invoices that you will need to adjust manually (we didn't have the same issue with QB Desktop). The sync from BP is very straightforward, as is connecting it to the bank and PayPal.

We are considering changing from SAGE to Quickbooks, in order to integrate our accounts with our Bluepark site. Any comments/views welcome on this question that was last asked on this forum 2 years ago.

The same applies. The VAT rounding is very annoying but other than that, it works well and saves a lot of time. We've used QB online since the integration with Bluepark and used QB desktop with the web connector tool for many years before that.

              Thanks little-linguist.

I think you can get round the vat rounding issue by ensuring your net prices always end with 0p or 5p (for items vatable at 20%).
