Tooltips or script options for forms

It would be useful to be able to help people along with filling out complex forms.

We are asking people to input contact lens and spectacle prescriptions which contain a whole set of numbers that I don't expect the average customer to understand. Can there be some way to give people more information when completing these forms, for example clicking on the field name to bring up a dialogue or pop-up box?

This is certainly something we'll be looking at for future updates. For now, I would recommend giving as much information as possible on the Additional Information page by editing the relevant text in the Language Manager.

This has now been added to the Form Editor, there is a new Help Text field for each form field. The text will appear below the form field.
