Out look is struggling to send out e-mails. Nothing changed since all working fine saturday. Task '***1066 pools - Sending' reported error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet

No idea why or why it fixed. Suggest restart while making strong coffee. It may fix itself in the meantime like mine did !

yea it has fixed itself, took about 24 hours. Not sure what happened there.
