    Google Base scheduled feed

    Hi

Can someone give me step by step instructions for setting up a scheduled data feed for Google base. It seem relatively simple at the Google end of things, but I can't tell how to set it up at the Blue Park end. When I go into Data Scheduling and start to set up a new feed I can't select the Google Base option because it is not in the list and unless I am completely blind it is not in a separate selection box on the page. Help!!!!

    Hi Gill,

I have always thought this was weird and the Google Base feed should be included as one of the options in the selection box (sounds like christmas!)

Only way around this is for you to create your own feed via the export data option. This will then appear in the wait for it......selection box
    Regards,

      Hi

You have to manually configure an export file format. When you have done this you should see this in the Data Scheduling option.

As a further bit of help, your export file needs to have the first line with field names that match the criteria required by google base.

      Regards

        Hi Guys,

Thanks for the guidance. Now I know I am not missing something obvious I will create the file.

        Cheers
