Unwanted subscribers

We have been receiving a flood of applications to our gardening club from Russia and the Ukraine. Even though we have the confirmation question set and the page states they have to visit us to benefit and must be UK resident.

What do they want? Is this a scam of some sort? Does anyone know russian for 'No Russians or Ukrain' or something better?

no, but you may not need to know that, simply make an image of said country's flags with a big red X through them :P haha
