Computer based cash till?

Nothing to do with Bluepark (cheeky I know) but can any one help me find software that surely must exist?
I want a cash till for my physical shop but space is limited. Does any one know of a computer program that will do basic cash registar job and operate a cash draw?

I've no experience of this software (what we use is for 10 tills & quite expensive!), but try http://www.waspbarcode.co.uk/epos/ as we have used other software and they can also help with barcode scanners etc., plus there's an option to download a demo.
