user active/non active

When a user is at the checkout stage of the site and redirects to sage, does that get shown inactive or active in the background of the site.

as on paper the user is not actually on site.

Hi Adam,

Although the user has been re-directed to sage or even moved away to another website they will still be shown as active in the site stats for a short while.

I can not remember what the time delay is but think it's something like 5 to 10 mins before they will disappear from the stats.

yeah noticed it goes from solid green to a faded, wasnt sure if that was when there in payment area as they have gone off the page, the page refreshes every ten minutes,

we had a customer on the phone helping him through the sale and he went completely off when paying, wasnt sure if that was meant to happen or not.
