Hi, folks. I use an old TEC thermal transfer printer with some equally old proprietary software to print my plant labels (350micron plastic). Both the printer and the software are long overdue for replacement. A new version of the software is too expensive and won't integrate with ANYTHING else.
Does anyone have any recommendations for basic labelling software that will use a .csv file downloaded from BP (just Product Name, ShortDesc and PRice) to run a new printer? I've got my eye on a TSC printer at a good price but not happy with the software I've trialled - LabelDirect and Bartender.
I think my problem is that the labels I need to use are 25x140mm, narrow edge leading and 4 across the sheet. Finding software that can cope with printing a list of labels, 3 of this, 17 of that, 1 of them, 101 of the other etc isn't easy.
cheers
