    Delivery Address

    Hi all,

Can anyone recomend a company who accepts parcels like Argos do for Ebay. It seems more and more parcels are now comming back to us as the client has not bothered to collect from the post office. If we had a choice for the customer they could have it sent to a place they can pick it up easily.

Do you give the customer a choice of a different delivery address during checkout ? So perhaps they could get it delivered to their work address etc.

If they can't be bothered to collect from their local post office can't see them being bothered about collecting from anywhere else !
      Regards,

      Dave

Agree but we now use Feefo of reviews and because they haven't got the product before the email goes out they just send a bad review, around Easter seems a really bad time for deliveries for us even though we send all orders out every day!

I really like the Post Office safe place option or you can choose to have it delivered to your choice of post office branch but sadly BP doesn't integrate with it.

                Hi
Am I missing something.... our biggest worry is shipping products to an address where the card isn't registered, we just don't do it unless its a work address and even then we make calls to make sure the person actually works there etc. The easiest con is for someone to have a product delivered to a different address and a pick up service like Argos must be even better for the con artist as they don't even have to have the parcel delivered to another house.
