Google Images

I am getting more and more visitors from Google images. Not a bad thing in itself as I am not near bandwidth limit.
However the stats don't say what people searched for that made my site list. Is there a way of telling what the search was?

Or was it just plain daft of me to label images on my site like "woman in hot tub"?

It could be Google Images themselves just indexing your pictures? You can prevent this through Google Webmaster tools if you want to.
