Newsletter - choosing recipents

Hi

Is there a way in the newsletter to choose two different choices in the drop down of recipients ie customers and loyalty point holders or all users and non-gdpr compliant customers?

It looks like you can only select one?

If you use mailchimp you can setup a "segment" for this
