Resizable website design

Hi

Just wondering whether anybody knows how to achieve a site which has resizable, full width graphics. I noticed that there are full-width templates, but I don't know if it's possible to achieve what we want.

Some examples:

Setting to 100% width is easy, the site design on the other hand will be the hard part.

It's in Site > Template Manager > Current Template > Site > Page Layout
