    New here

    Hello,
I am currently building my bluepark site, it'll probably be a few weeks before going live.
I have been using sellerdeck for 20 years now, so this is a big learning curve for me!

My business is a Telescope retailer, it seems a few companies in my industry already use bluepark.

I'm impressed with the software and excellent support.

I'll be asking a few questions and looking for comments on my site when live if ok?

    Thanks for letting me join

    Hi Ed,

    Welcome to Bluepark.

Many years ago I used Actinic which I believe later became Sellerdeck and I do remember your site well.

You just can't compare the two as Bluepark is light years ahead of Sellerdeck and many others in terms of features, stability and support.

Yes it will be a big learning curve for you but you will be asking yourself why you didn't make the change years ago!

The forum can be quiet simply because the software works.

Look forward to seeing your new site when it goes live.

    Regards,

    Dave

      Thanks Dave,
I am getting there, a few bits have baffled me but overall really impressed.
I would like to be able to edit order emails prior to completing an order, maybe able to cheat by entering some info in the tracking field possibly as a bodge.
The other bit is what to do in 123, I know to point nameservers at bluepark but what happens to all the dns entries left I'm not sure about.
Absolutely spot on with regret about clinging on so long to a falling behind platform.
I'm almost 60 and wish I'd moved at least a decade ago!

Assuming Bluepark is going to handle your email you need to just change the name servers to those given by Bluepark and delete the rest.

Not 60 yet ? Your younger than me so should be easy.

If I can be of any help send me a PM, always happy to help where and when I can.
