Go to template editor and scroll down in the first tab (site). You will find a section called Closing body (developers). You can add it there and it will be on every page before the closing body tag.

I will add that I personally offered a free sample rather than a discount, mainly I wanted to try and get as much of the paid traffic into the customer database as I could rather lose them forever, however it seemed to have the effect that they would then add 3 or 4 other items to the basket.

Not sure you'd have the effect by just offering a discount, but be interested to see....

How do you get the discount (or whatever you are offering) to work.

Probably being dim, but got the pop up working at exit but cannot see how to actually implement the discount offered.

create a discount in discount manager, it gives you a url that will apply that discount and take them to the basket, that's how we have it set up.

My gut feel is that this is working pretty well, it's hard to equate what you give away in discount to customers that would have bought versus the extra business the discount gets you.
